Summary

Maze Blocker does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data, browsing history, page content, or usage analytics. Its blocking rules, settings, timers, and two lifetime counters stay in Chrome's local extension storage on your device.

Data processed on the device

Maze Blocker processes the following information locally to provide website blocking:

• Domains you add to the blocklist.
• The current tab URL after you open the extension popup.
• URLs of open tabs when Maze Blocker needs to re-lock a selected domain.
• Maze difficulty, theme, unlock-duration, and onboarding settings.
• Active unlock expiration times.
• Lifetime totals for mazes solved and times you chose to go back.

This information is not sent to Caravaca Labs, Maze Printables, advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third parties. Removing the extension deletes its local storage through Chrome's normal extension-removal process. You can also reset Maze Blocker from its Options page.

Maze Blocker does not use content scripts. It does not read page text, images, form entries, passwords, messages, financial information, or other page content. Its all-sites host permission redirects top-level visits to domains you choose to block and returns matching open tabs to the local challenge when timed access ends.

Local maze challenges

Maze generation, rendering, solution validation, and unlock decisions run inside the extension. No server is contacted to create or verify a challenge.

User-initiated external links

Maze Blocker includes optional “Print this maze” and “More mazes” links. The extension contacts mazeprintables.com only after you click one. Those links identify Maze Blocker as the referring source. As with a normal website visit, the site and its hosting providers may receive your IP address, browser headers, and requested URL. That visit is governed by the Maze Printables website privacy policy.

Data sharing and sale

Maze Blocker does not sell or share user data. It does not use user data for advertising, credit decisions, or any purpose unrelated to its website-blocking function.

Children

Maze Blocker is a general-audience productivity extension and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes to this policy

If Maze Blocker's data practices change, this policy and the Chrome Web Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the changed version is published.
